We are responsible for our own health, and we take full control of how we want to live our life. Here are some tips I’ve found from many sources that I think essentials to make your life healthier and even happier.
- Be happy and content in anything you do or have. Free yourself from anger, sadness, anxiety, and resentment.
- Stop smoking. Smoking is bad for your body and people around you, yet you could save some money.
- Get enough sleep. Your brain and body need to get enough rest, give them what they want, or else..
- Drink more water. It can somehow restore your health, when you are feeling unwell, drink even more.
- Exercise regularly, even when you’re too busy, stretch for 5 minutes a day wont harm. When you have sit for too long, get up and walk around the room for a while.
- Eat more fruit and vegetables, colorful fruit are designed to attract you, they are colorful for a reason.
- Be mindful when eating, don’t rush and give your brain time to send the full signal properly.
- Stop scrolling. Only you who can limit the time for social media or games, look around you, give your time for your loved ones.
